New TvLinks Site Launched!

Sunday 25 November 2007 @ 11:57 am

After recently tv-links.co.uk was shut down in the UK for linking to pirated TV shows, movies, etc.  a lot of discussion has come up online as to whether or not it would have a successor.  Several good sites have emerged but the site I personally use is called TV Links it offers a wide variety of high quality divx content and is fairly simple to navigate.

Here is some information on the current categories available:

Documentaries

TV Shows

Movies

Cartoons

Music Videos

The Key to Web Site Success - Adsense, Clickbank, it doesnt matter.

Tuesday 13 November 2007 @ 6:45 pm

I am about to reveal to you an undergound strategy that many webmasters do not want you to know. No this is not some stupid scam, No I dont want you to pay me anything, I just want you to learn the strategies that we use to make money online because the market is so big there is no way people knowing this secret can reduce the massive earning potentials it has. Please read this whole article if you are serious about aggressive online marketing strategies that are so easy a trained chimp could do it.

Introduction

When you have a brand new site one of the most discouraging things about it is you may have invested some money, most likely some time, and now you have to find a way to earn back that money so at least you can reach the break-even point and start earning some money. Considering that time really is money even if you didnt spend a red cent, you better start to make at least a few bucks or the harsh reality is you have failed at your attempts online. Failure is a common trend among new webmasters, its not bad, just common. If you can overcome it and find success then you are already ahead of most people online.

So what do you do?

Really you only have several options for getting traffic, you could hope to gain traffic from the Major Search Engines or by site referral traffic or you could pay for traffic with adwords or some other medium.

However if your site is going to be fuelled by adsense earnings you may not be able to afford to invest more money in traffic and SEO will take time as a new site google is not going to let you rank right away, and referral traffic can be hard to get because most sites dont want to give you a free traffic providing link that they could sell to someone else. I dont suggest you buy traffic, its not a good idea unless you can hope to convert that paid traffic into greater earnings such as if you run an ecommerce store.

So what can you do to get traffic right away to a new site?

To be completely honest your best bet is social bookmarking traffic. Some site I have run I have gone from 0$ a day with adsense to 7$ a day overnight with adsense with NO Search Engine traffic and 100% stumbleupon and Digg Traffic. If you are not morally objectionable to the idea of trading diggs and stumbles it is the best way to recover your startup costs and begin the flow of traffic to your site. If your site is something useful to a wide variety of people like a proxy a lot of this traffic will stick and later be converted to bookmarkers and direct traffic visitors.

This can also work surprisingly well with blogs as long as the subject matter is interesting. I notice a lot of people on DP forums do digg and stumble trade with very spammish boring blog articles and that is not effective if you want to make the most of it you really have to be bringing users to a site they are likely to be interested in enough to read it.

For 2 reasons:

1) They may bookmark your site and come back and create direct traffic which is incredibly valuable
2) People will give your sites LEGITIMATE stumbles and diggs and you will not have to rely on propping up your site with fake traded points.

In my opinion trading diggs and stumbles SHOULD NOT be a way to completely cheat the users by sending them to some garbage page that no one would want to stumble or digg legitimately, it should only be used to fast track a good site or page and then after it has reached a high level stop the trading and let the legitimate digg or stumble upon users continue to increase your page’s popularity.

Now you may wonder how to trade diggs and stumbles

Digital Points is a great place to do this but if you choose to go there (most rookies will) you run the risk of your site getting banned by Digg and Stumblupon, etc. This is because its an open forum and the people working for those sites can find your site cheating on DP forums and ban it usually within one week. Trust me its happened to me about 3-4 times.

So honestly your best option is to use a closed off trading community, which can be a lot more safe for your account.

They are:

Digg Boss
Digg Freak

Remember to bookmark these sites, so you remember.

I have gotten some RPG games, proxies, and good articles hundreds of uniques in traffic just by trading on these sites for several days. The good news is also that the more users in the community the more powerful it is as a promotional tool for us all to bring our worthy sites hundreds or even thousands of unique in a shorter time. These sites also pay you in REAL money for participating in the trades on this site and all you need is 5$ to cashout your earnings. You also get paid for referring other users, so tell a friend and everyone in the community benefits mutually.

I will close by saying. Digg and Stumble traffic is not always sustainable and you should use your earnings you made from this traffic to recover your startup expenses and implement a good strategy to rank higher in Google because Google is the webs ultimate sustainable wealth generating, and traffic generating source.

Free Online RPG Game - Text Based Medieval Theme

Thursday 1 November 2007 @ 6:00 pm

Last weekend on a Sunday afternoon I found myself becoming increasingly bored so I began to browse the net for a good free rpg game by looking around on Google.  Most of the ones I found bombarded me with popups, or they had a subscription fee, or their servers were super overloaded.  However, I messaged my friend on MSN who I know was a complete and absolute gamer, and he reccommended me a game called Chaos Fight. I decided to join the game and it seemed very interesting for a text-based rpg game it had a pretty large community and a lot of cash prizes.  The top 5 people in each round win a total of 140$ which is pretty good because it is possible to win the game without paying any extra money.  However if you wish to upgrade your account or buy credits it is possible to do so for 10$ but this is completely optional and you can enjoy the game just as well for free.  I am currently ranked like 90th or something, I hope to raise my rank and gain some knowledge and experience so maybe I can rank better next round.  This is one of the more interesing MMORPG games online today.
